The Villa

Entry to the Villa gives you access to a spacious open-plan Lounge/diner/kitchen.
The kitchen has a good range of modern dark walnut units with stainless steel appliances including an American style fridge-freezer, dishwasher, double electric ovens and gas hob.
A well equipped utility room with washing machine is located at the back of the integral garage, accessible from the kitchen.
A glass dining table with seating for 8 people is available in the dining area.
The lounge hosts a large screen LCD TV with English satellite TV and a DVD player.
Relaxing seating is provided with a large L shaped leather sofa and a further 3 seater leather sofa bed which provides extra sleeping provision if required.
A range of books and family games are available for use during your stay.
The terrace and pool is accessible from the lounge via two sets of French doors.
Bedrooms & Bathrooms
The villa has four large family bedrooms each with 3 door sliding wardrobe fitments. Two bedrooms host double beds and the remaining two bedrooms both have twin beds to accommodate a range of family or party sleeping requirements.
En suite facilities of bath, walk-in shower, vanity unit and wc accompany the Master bedroom.
The villa also has a second family bathroom hosting a walk in shower, vanity unit and WC.
The bedrooms have excellent storage space, ample electrical sockets and lighting fitments.
High quality bed linen and towels are included in the rental price.
Outside Area
A well maintained 9 x 4.5m swimming pool with access via Roman steps is available for private use.
Surrounding the pool is a large paved terrace area with sun-loungers and a large table and chairs.
A BBQ, selection of pool toys and garden games including Badmington and Swingball sets are available for use during your stay.
The property has surrounding fences to secure the property, access to ample “off road” car parking via a large lockable entry gate. The villa has an integral garage and a range of outdoor lighting.
